1- Download and install this new Jumia App Click here to download (note it’s different from the shopping app)
2- Use Nigeria(your country) as your country
3- At the top of the screen, you will see Login to see your Cashback Balance.

Click on it and sign in with a new gmail if you haven’t order from Jumia before, but if you have, use your registered Jumia gmail.

If you have an existing Jumia account and you haven’t made any order, you have to use another gmail.

4- You will see N500 in the wallet you used to order before.

if you didn’t see anything you have to purchase airtime for only N50 to get the N500. You can withdraw it as Airtime on any network.

☑How to Add your payment details on Jumia.

2. click on payment methods

3. Select any payment method you want. I will advice you to go for Cards

▪If you selected card method

1. In put the 16 digits on your ATM card in first box ( Credit/Debit card Number )

2. in put the expiring date and cvv, if you have any problem, there is a question mark beside each box that will explain what each box means.

3. Now click on add card.

1. Select your bank. There are just two available options ( Access Bank Plc and Sterling Bank plc)

2.Input the account owner name ( the name of the account you want to use)

3. Select the network

4. Type your phone number and amount of airtime you want to buy(minimum is N50)

5. click on proceed to pay.

7. when you are done with the OTP, your transaction will be automatically added to your account.
