The manager of Chelsea Football Club, Thomas Tuchel, has written his name in the history books of the UEFA Champions League.
The German became the first manager to have the highest number of Champions League wins (32) in just 50 games. Tuchel achieved this feat when Chelsea beat Lille in the second leg of the second round fixture.
Tuchel who joined Chelsea from Paris Saint-German in January 2021, had been in amazing form since he joined the Blues following the sack of Frank Lampard. He led the Premier League side to their second UEFA Champions League title beating Manchester City in the final.
Other managers that have won more than 30 or more games in their first 50 Champions League game includes Zinedine Zidane (31), Pep Guardiola (30).
