The interim manager of Manchester United, Ralf Rangnick has spoken about the absence of Cristiano Ronaldo ahead of the home against Leicester City.
The Portuguese was omitted from the game against the foxes because of an illness, according to the German. Ronaldo was part of the Portugal team that booked their qualification with a win over North Macedonia.
He confirmed that Ronaldo was not feeling too well in training on Friday ( April 1st, 2022) and he wasn’t feeling well on the day of the game.
The Red Devils have been inconsistent since the appointment of Rangnick last year following the sack of Ole Gunnar Solskjaer. Manchester United fans will hope they can secure the top four spot at the end of the season.
