Deok Ho and his gang make ends meet by racketeering around the country. Han Myeong Hoe, King Se Jo’s right-hand man, thinks highly of their talents and encourages them to work for the country. Funded by the government, Deok Ho and his men use more theatrical and sophisticated devices to create incredible events, such as a pine tree lifting its branches by itself, sweet rain falling from heaven, and rainbows forming wherever King Se Jo goes.
